There are two ways to mirror the glass of closet doors. The first method is by using a mirror effect spray paint and the second method is by manually taking off the glass part from the closet door and adding a new mirror of exact same size in place of glass.
USING MIRROR EFFECT SPRAY PAINT
Simply spray on the back side of glass such that a nice thick coat is formed on that side. Once the coat is formed, it will start reflecting small amount of light. At this stage, all the work is done and the front side of the glass automatically becomes a fully functional mirror.

REPLACING GLASS WITH MIRROR
To add a unique personal touch to closet glass doors, mirrors with certain design elements can be used instead of clear glass.
To replace glass with mirror first take off the glass form closet doors then measure the size of glass. Afterwards, take a mirror of exact same size with some uniqe design elements/patterns on it.
With the help of adhesives, fix the mirror in the closet doors.

The size of mirror on closet should be at least 12″ wide and 16″ long. The size of closet mirror should be such that one can easily get dressed up in front of it. If there is a dresser already in the room then there is no need for a big size mirror to be installed on the closet.
But if there is no dedicated dresser area in the room then it is a good practice to covert half the front side of closet into a mirrored door. One can easily get an idea of how a particular piece of clothing looks overall while wearing it.

For the purpose of getting ready, a mirror with LED always outperforms a plain mirror. The light helps to wear makeup precisely and provides much better reflection of one’s image compared to a plain mirror.
It is, however, important to check the state electricity codes for closet as LED mirror is connected to a power source and some states do not advice to install any exposed electrical component in the closet.
Since, in electrical items due to power fluctuations or prolonged use, heating is a common phenomenon. Therefore always avoid any clothing or item in direct contact with wires or LED of the mirror.
